Our Story
GreenStem was born from a simple belief: smallholder farmers should have direct access to global markets while maintaining sustainable practices that benefit both their communities and the environment.
Our organization operates through two complementary entities: GreenStem, our German-based entity that handles EU market access, compliance, and distribution, and Luminoah, our Kenyan operational arm that manages on-ground services, logistics, farmer relations, and input financing for our member farms.
Through Luminoah, we directly support farms like 2BH, NoahsJoy, MaryLil Chili Farms, and Not Bavarian Herbs, providing them with training, technology, and market access. This dual-entity structure ensures we can effectively bridge African agricultural excellence with European market demands.
